Within the framework of the Annual partner forum that took place in Sochi, Novacom, which is a member of Softline group of companies, was confirmed to be the leader in terms of implemented projects in Russia and the CIS on the Directum platform.
Directum is the leading developer of electronic workflow solutions. The ECM system of this vendor allows to build an electronic communication infrastructure, which covers various business tasks on various levels, from organizational and administrative workflow to objectives of top management.
Cooperation of Novacom and Directum has started in 2008. During this time, more than 100 large projects in the territory of Russia and the CIS have been implemented. In 2014, 20 new joint project implementations have been added to the portfolio of the company, not including the projects for existing clients. These maintenance projects included expansion, customization, development of new functionality and modernization of the system in accordance with the new requirements of the clients. The most notable clients of Novacom include the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus, the Principal Administrative Office under the Property Management Directorate of the President of the Republic of Belarus, and MTbank.
