Novacom won the HR Brand Award 2025.
We presented the project - "Family Support Program", that was created to support employees at different stages of their lifes, such as: parenthood planning, the birth of children, illness of loved ones, and caring for elderly relatives.
We want to give our employees the ability to balance their careers and families. The main goal of Novacom is to create a comfortable working environment throughout the different periods of their lives.
The HR Brand Award is one of the largest professional competitions in the Republic of Belarus. Participants and winners of this competition are innovators in the corporate culture of their companies.
