On May 17, 2018 the DIRECTUM company together with its General Partner Novacom held a conference “DIRECTUM Open Days 2018”. DIRECTUM Open Days take place every year and we see the growing number and improved quality of reports from year to year, as well as the growing number of participants who want to learn something new in their professional sphere and to adopt the best practices of their colleagues.
This year the conference was dedicated to the digital business transformation issues.
During the event we:
- talked about intelligent mechanisms in corporate information systems and showed what their use results in;
- shared the best practices of mobile work organization for all categories of employees and presented such new and up-to-date direction as expanding the functionality of your ECM with the help of chat bots;
- using the example of a project at McDonald’s, we showed how to organize a service ecosystem of a geographically dispersed business.
The conference was held at the address: Minsk, Pobediteley Avenue, 59A, conference hall No. 1 of the Victoria Spa Hotel. During the conference participants could speak with the experts from the Directum community and colleagues from other companies, see how the system works.
