During the audit the documentation was examined and the company's certified processes were investigated, interviews were conducted with senior and middle-level managers of Novacom and with technical personnel. As a result, the audit confirmed the compliance with the international quality standards. Based on the results of the audit, the company is ready for upgrade according to ISO 9001: 2015. The third-party specialists indicated among the company strengths its focus on the continuous improvement of the quality of services. High appraisals of auditors are the result of constant work being done in Novacom. The audit was conducted by BelGISS specialists.
